These terms apply to NavaScope, a product of NavaScope Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9781674) ("we", "us"). By using NavaScope, including the @navascope_bot Telegram bot and this website, you agree to them.
1. What NavaScope is
NavaScope is a software tool that reads, converts, splits, merges, edits and compares sports betting booking codes between supported bookmakers. It is not a bookmaker. It does not accept or place bets, it does not hold or move your money, and it never asks for your bookmaker login.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older, and old enough to bet where you live. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. During the closed beta, access is by invitation, and we may let people in or take them out at our discretion.
3. Odds and accuracy
- Odds, markets and availability come from the bookmakers and can change at any moment. Prices we show are what a bookmaker offered when we checked, not a promise.
- Bookmakers name and structure markets differently. We tell you when a selection cannot be converted and why, but you must check every selection, the odds and your stake on the bookmaker's own site or app before you place a bet.
- Any analysis we provide is information, not advice and not a guarantee of any outcome. You decide what to bet, and you are responsible for your bets.
4. Bookmakers
NavaScope is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any bookmaker. Bookmaker names are used only to identify where a booking code comes from or goes to. Your use of any bookmaker is governed by that bookmaker's own terms.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse NavaScope. That includes trying to disrupt or overload it, reverse-engineering it, scraping it, reselling it without our permission, or using it for anything unlawful. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.
6. The beta
NavaScope is in a closed beta. Features may change, pause or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We announce planned pauses in our Telegram community when we can. The beta is free.
7. Paid plans
When paid plans are introduced, their prices, what they include, billing terms and refund terms will be published on this website before anyone is charged. Any payment will be handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
8. Our content
NavaScope's software, name, logo and content belong to NavaScope Technologies Limited. You may use the booking codes NavaScope gives you freely.
9. Liability
NavaScope is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from bets you place, from changes in odds or market availability, from a bookmaker refusing or changing a selection, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using NavaScope at any time.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
